We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the Printing and Flexible Packaging industry The candidate will be responsible for generating new business maintaining client relationships understanding packaging requirements and driving sales growth in domestic and or regional markets Required Skills Qualifications Graduate in any discipline MBA in Marketing preferred 2-5 years of experience in printing packaging or flexible packaging sales or Container Manufacturing Industry preferred Key Responsibilities1 Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in the flexible packaging laminates and pouch manufacturing segments Conduct market research to understand customer needs competitors and new trends in packaging Generate leads cold call potential customers and schedule client meetings 2 Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent clients Understand customer packaging requirements materials laminates film structures printing specifications Provide technical and commercial support to clients by coordinating with production design and quality teams 3 Sales Revenue Growth Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare and present quotations pricing and proposals as per client requirements Negotiate rates and close orders while ensuring profitability 4 Coordination Follow-ups Coordinate with internal departments for order processing artwork approvals production follow-ups and timely dispatch Maintain regular communication with clients regarding order status complaints or quality feedback Resolve customer issues with support from the technical and quality teams 5 Reporting Documentation Maintain accurate records of enquiries quotations orders and client interactions Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review Update CRM or internal systems with sales activities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Leave encashment Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience As Sales Executive Profile in Packaging Industry 4 years Preferred Sales in Flexible Packaging Industry 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
