Opening for an experienced Rotogravure Machine Operator The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating monitoring and maintaining rotogravure printing machines to ensure high-quality output for for specialty chemical-based printed materials Required Skills Qualifications ITI Diploma Technical Certification in Printing Technology preferred 3-8 years of experience operating rotogravure machines in printing packaging or chemical industries Key Responsibilities Set up and operate rotogravure press including cylinder ink and substrate preparation Manage print runs for films industrial laminates and specialty printed substrates Adjust machine parameters speed pressure temperature tension viscosity etc to maintain print quality Monitor print quality colour consistency and registration during production Adjust ink flow web tension pressure and speed for optimal output Conduct routine quality checks and maintain production records Perform cleaning lubrication and preventive maintenance of press components Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work area Collaborate with prepress quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues Quality Control Inspect printed materials for color consistency registration defects and coating quality Conduct in-process quality checks and make necessary corrective adjustments Ensure products meet company and client specifications including chemical-resistant and durable print requirements Safety Compliance Follow all EHS Setting Health Safety protocols for chemical handling and machine operation Documentation Reporting Maintain daily production logs ink usage records job cards and downtime reports Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
