Job Title Food Quality Assurance QA Technician Manager Job Summary The Food Quality Assurance QA Technician Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure that food products comply with health and safety regulations and standards This role involves conducting inspections performing quality tests and collaborating with production teams to maintain high standards of food safety and quality Key Responsibilities - Monitor Production Processes Oversee and document the production process to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards - Conduct Inspections and Tests Perform routine inspections and quality tests on raw materials and finished products to identify potential food safety issues and deviations from established standards - Compliance and Documentation Ensure compliance with local state and federal food safety regulations Prepare and present quality assurance reports and documentation - Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Review and update SOPs for food safety and quality assurance - Training Train staff on proper food handling procedures to maintain a hygienic production environment - Audit Participation Participate in audits carried out by internal teams or external regulatory bodies - Continuous Improvement Work closely with the production team to implement appropriate food safety measures and make necessary improvements or corrections Qualifications - Education Bachelor s Degree in Food Science Food Technology Microbiology Chemistry or a related field Experience - 3-4 Years Previous experience in food quality assurance or a related field is preferred Skills - Robust attention to detail analytical skills and a deep understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations Personal Attributes - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 600 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
