We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer with proven Service project experience to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support installation commissioning and maintenance of equipment and systems while also managing service-related projects from initiation to completion This role requires strong problem-solving skills customer focus and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Technical Service Support with Proposals Perform installation commissioning troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment at customer sites Provide timely and effective technical support to clients Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during service activities Project Management Lead and manage service-related projects including upgrades retrofits and system integrations Develop project plans schedules Coordinate with internal teams vendors and customers to ensure project milestones are met Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate Customer Interaction Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Provide training and technical guidance to end-users Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction Experience in project management and execution Documentation Reporting Maintain detailed service records and project documentation Prepare service reports project updates and feedback for continuous improvement Qualifications Degree in Electronic and Instrumentation Engineering 5-6 years of experience in field service engineering with at least 2-3 years in project execution Robust understanding of Marine industrial equipment automation systems or similar technologies Experience in managing small to medium-scale technical projects Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel and work at customer sites as required Preferred Skills Familiarity with SAP systems Autocad and service management platforms Knowledge of safety and compliance standards Honeywell helps organizations solve the world s most complex challenges in automation the future of aviation and energy transition As a trusted partner we provide actionable solutions and innovation through our Aerospace Technologies Building Automation Energy and Sustainability Solutions and Industrial Automation business segments - powered by our Honeywell Forge software - that help make the world smarter safer and more sustainable
