Project Role Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products both remote and onsite and for configured services running on various platforms operating within a defined operating model and processes Provide hardware software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas and for particular software solutions vendors brands Work includes L1 and L2 basic and intermediate level troubleshooting Must have skills Infrastructure Service Management Good to have skills NA Minimum 3 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products both remote and onsite and for configured services running on various platforms operating within a defined operating model and processes Provide hardware software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas and for particular software solutions vendors brands Work includes L1 and L2 basic and intermediate level troubleshooting Roles Responsibilities - Have working knowledge and understanding of ITSM Service Now tools used in logging and monitoring incidents - Must drive critical incidents troubleshooting bridge Co-ordinate between multiple teams for effective resolution of P1 and ensure all resolver teams join the bridge call on time - Effective at managing multiple high priority activities with conflicting urgencies l - Should be proficient in preparing communications that is clear capturing all accurate updates leading to resolution - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices Qualified Technical Skills - Conceptual knowledge of networking concepts - Awareness of Incident management tools ITSM Service Now - ITIL Certification or equivalent process knowledge - Familiarity with operating system-level implementations across various platforms - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Additional Information - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
