Company Description Air Charter Service ACS is one of 5 principal brands under Mountfitchet Group Limited ACS is the largest air charter brokerage in the world providing private jet helicopter commercial airliner and cargo aircraft charters It is headquartered in London with 40 offices across 6 continents The group currently employs over 600 aviation professionals The Compliance Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of a team of Compliance Assistants S he will report functionally to the Compliance Manager based in the Head Office in London and will report administratively to the GSS Manager based in the GSS office in Mumbai This is a hands-on role requiring strong sense of ownership excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Compliance Assistants who work on various projects decided by the business from time-to-time and work on the live workflow management tool Compliance dashboard Streamline and improve ways of working ensuring effective management of the Compliance dashboard and Compliance mailbox Work with sales teams across the company to resolve compliance issues on planned bookings Supervise and support team members on their respective tasks and projects and provide precise and concise updates to senior managers Drive team performance through effective and regular performance management and coaching Drive change initiatives with the team both in terms of working and continuous improvement Build and maintain SOPs Standard Operating Procedures and knowledge bases to support business continuity Qualifications Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree from a reputed university Required Skills Proficiency in office software Word Processor Spreadsheets Presentations Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong people management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Work Experience Minimum 4-5 years of overall experience with at least 1 year in a team management role in a reputed organization Additional Information Benefits Air Charter Service offers you the prospect to succeed in a dynamic yet friendly environment in which every day brings a new exciting challenge In addition the company offers the following advantages Private health insurance upon successful completion of probationary period 22 days of holiday per year which increases with length of service 10 days of Indian public holidays in a year Free breakfast in our on-site canteen Company-funded fun and entertainment events
