Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Identify and source suitable candidates through job portals social media referrals and other channels Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure an excellent candidate experience Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines Prepare job descriptions and post job openings across platforms Handle offer rollouts and negotiation when required Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR or a related field 2-3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition Robust knowledge of sourcing techniques and familiarity with job portals Naukri LinkedIn Indeed etc Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously Self-driven organized and detail-oriented Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
