Analyst - Organization Workforce Change Workforce Strategies - Workforce Planning and Talent Strategies You will focus on increasing the business impact and optimizing the Talent HR function of the client organizations ranging across the talent HR gamut covering aspects of work workforce and workplace Examples of areas of work can Performance Management Talent Acquisition Skill-based organizations as well as Workforce Planning In this role you will support multiple types of Workforce Strategies Workforce Development Advisory projects which are designed to meet strategic business objectives and goals such as Workforce Plan strategy and design Talent and HR strategies Talent program Design supporting org design and governance design Current State assessments and gap analysis Talent transformation strategy and roadmap development Workforce experience design Research and benchmarking around best practices in Talent Strategies area Use of Data models for Talent and workforce planning decision making Talent strategy execution and operations Talent Workforce Strategy design based on skills Workforce Ecosystems Workforce Planning Strategy Access and Analytics Develop
