Job Title Execution Manager Location Delhi Company Techradiance by Harbour Edutech Pvt Ltd Job Overview The Execution Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective execution of all Techradiance workshops trainings and lab setups This role requires robust coordination leadership and operational management skills to ensure high-quality delivery across all school projects Key Responsibilities 1 Workshop Training Execution Ensure smooth execution of all workshops training programs and school sessions Monitor trainer performance and ensure training quality is maintained at all times Ensure good student strength and attendance during workshops by coordinating with schools and internal teams 2 Lab Coordination Management Manage robotics coding AI DT and other lab setups Coordinate with trainers for material requirements lab readiness and equipment installation Ensure timely delivery and availability of lab components tools and kits Handle maintenance repair tracking and inventory of lab materials 3 Team Trainer Management Coordinate with trainers on daily schedules session planning and punctuality Resolve trainer-related operational issues and ensure discipline and professionalism Track trainer performance and support them for smooth execution 4 Client School Coordination Communicate with school coordinators principals regarding schedules confirmations and execution updates Ensure all documentation permissions and approvals are in place before conducting workshops Take feedback from schools and address issues proactively 5 Operational Reporting Responsibilities Maintain daily execution reports attendance data material usage and workshop performance Share daily updates with management and highlight any concerns Plan backup resources equipment and trainers when needed to avoid disruptions Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any field technical background preferred 1 years of experience in operations execution project coordination Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to handle field coordination and travel to school locations Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage last-minute challenges Good knowledge of robotics coding education sector preferred Key Qualities Highly organized and proactive Strong follow-up skills Team player Professional and disciplined Solution-oriented with excellent execution ability Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 983 91 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
