Job Title Junior Accountant Male Preferred Company Visual Vibrations Pvt Ltd Location Nagpur Department Accounts Finance Reporting To Senior Accountant Finance Manager Job Summary The Junior Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations maintain accurate financial records assist in reconciliations billing and ensure compliance with company policies The role requires attention to detail timely execution and coordination with internal teams Key Responsibilities1 Daily Accounting Operations Record daily transactions in Tally Zoho Books sales purchases expenses journal entries Maintain accounts payable receivable Monitor pending payments and follow up on collections 2 Reconciliation Reporting Prepare bank reconciliation statements Assist in monthly closing of books Support preparation of MIS reports cash flow statements and ledgers 3 Billing Documentation Prepare invoices delivery challans and payment receipts Maintain documentation for GST TDS vendor bills and employee reimbursements Ensure filing and record-keeping accuracy 4 Compliance Support Assist in GST returns TDS calculations PF ESI coordination and statutory documentation Support external auditors during audit cycles 5 Coordination Support Coordinate with vendors clients and internal departments for accounting queries Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed Skills Qualifications B Com M Com MBA Finance or equivalent Basic knowledge of accounting principles Experience with Tally Zoho Books or similar software preferred Proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Table - added advantage Strong attention to detail accuracy and time management Experience 0-2 years of accounting experience freshers can apply Work Environment Qualified process-driven working culture at Visual Vibrations Pvt Ltd Opportunities to learn accounting compliance and financial systems Salary As per industry standards and candidate capability Job Type Full-time Pay 9 376 95 - 17 252 60 per month Benefits Provident Fund Expected Start Date 26 11 2025
