Position Branch Manager - Courier Karo Panipat Office Location Panipat Haryana Company Courier Karo - Duhan Infotech Pvt Ltd Job Overview We are opening a current Courier Karo office in Panipat and are looking for a responsible and dynamic Branch Manager who can independently manage daily courier operations handle local pickups manage bookings acquire new clients and run the branch smoothly Initially the manager will handle all tasks independently as shipment volume increases additional staff will be appointed as required Key Responsibilities 1 Daily Operations Pickup Management Handle all local area pickups from sellers and clients Ensure timely dispatch and proper handling of all shipments Coordinate with delivery partners and resolve operational issues 2 Booking Documentation Manage shipment booking on the Courier Karo system portal Verify documents labels and AWBs before dispatch Maintain proper records of daily shipments and handovers 3 Client Management Business Growth Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and local businesses Acquire new clients in the Panipat region to increase shipment volume Provide support to customers for any booking pickup or shipment-related queries 4 Office Administration Manage the day-to-day activities of the branch office Maintain inventory of packaging material and office supplies Ensure cleanliness discipline and proper workflow in the office 5 Reporting Coordination Share daily pickup and shipment reports with head office Coordinate with the main operations team for issue resolution Ensure smooth communication between clients and Courier Karo Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics courier operations preferred Strong communication and client-handling skills Basic computer knowledge booking portal Excel WhatsApp updates Ability to manage operations independently Willingness to travel within the local area for client visits and pickups Responsible punctual and disciplined Bike required What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to grow with the company as shipment volume increases Support from the Courier Karo head office for operations and training Future team expansion based on workload Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
