IBS aims to transform travel companies through innovations that accelerate growth drive efficiency for them and create differentiated experience for their customers As part of this mission IBSaEUR TM Digital Retail Platform iDRP is taking shape with a focus on airlines passengers The platform is envisaged to harness endless possibilities of digital retailing to airlines through innovations that engage their customers through context-aware digital touch points throughout their journey with unique and personalized merchandising strategies powered by an ML core tuned for air travel industry If you are ready to see the future of travel now and take part in building a state of the art retail platform for it hop in to the iDRP Team Responsible for the overall product build delivery for the products preferably in the Airline domain The ideal candidate should have a strong capability in owning the end-to-end engineering lifecycle for products Experienced engineering manager with a technical background preferably with an understanding of multiple technology platforms Java J2EE and React Exposure to working in application modernization projects is a plus In-depth knowledge of technology platform like - Java would be a plus Background of working with following technologies Micro services SQL and NoSQL Databases Web Architecture Grpah QL Experience leading Agile teams of mid-large teams 30-80 resources working in 10 squads on above technologies Experience working in a continuous CI CD environment frequent touch-less releases with focus on ensuring quality engineering practices such as highest code quality and test automation unit level and service level Understanding of design build aspects for an enterprise grade application Behavioural aspect Demonstrates end-to-end ownership of managing the balancing of maintaining the legacy application and incremental migration to a current application with a predictable plan for the whole project with visibility of progress made in incremental sprints Handling implementation team requirements and putting in processes and practices to make sure implementation teams are enabled to manage customer expectations and deliveries
