Responsibilities and Expectations from the Role The candidate should be willing to travel to all branches of Vignan Schools in Hyderabad Nizampet Kondapur Madinaguda Patencheru ECIL Medchal and Ghatkesar as when required Lead a team of electricians across allbranches of Vignan Schools in Hyderabad overseeing their daily tasks providing guidance and ensuring quality workmanship Develop new electrical layouts for upcoming school structures including classrooms administrative buildings and recreational areas adhering to safety codes and energy efficiency standards Assess the electrical load requirements for all appliances and equipment within the school campuses ensuring that electrical systems can support the anticipated usage without overloading Collaborate with architects engineers and construction teams during the planning and design phase of new structures to integrate electrical systems seamlessly Conduct thorough assessments of existing electrical infrastructure in school buildings identifying potential issues safety hazards and areas for improvement Recommend necessary upgrades or repairs to existing electrical systems to enhance reliability efficiency and safety Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex electrical problems and troubleshoot issues effectively Stay informed about advancements in electrical technology regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and innovation in school electrical systems Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and systems to minimize downtime and extend operational lifespan Maintain accurate records of electrical layouts load assessments maintenance activities and inventory of electrical supplies Stay accessible and responsive to emergencies providing timely assistance and resolution to minimize disruptions to school operations Qualifications Certified electrician with relevant experience in electrical maintenance and repair Knowledge of electrical systems components and wiring diagrams Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems effectively Familiarity with electrical codes regulations and safety standards Robust communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring manual labour and climbing Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices Prior experience in a school or educational institution is preferred but not required Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Ability to commute relocate Kukatpally Hyderabad Telangana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience Electrical Head 3 years Required Work Location In person
