Location Bangalore Experience Required 2 Years Department Architecture About Treelight Design Treelight Design is a multidisciplinary design studio specialising in architecture interiors furniture and bespoke experience-driven spaces With a strong design identity and a detail-first approach we work across residential hospitality and commercial projects delivering thoughtful and refined solutions Role Overview We are looking for a Designer with 2 years of experience to join our Architecture Team The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and passionate about delivering high-quality design work This role involves working closely with Team Leads collaborating with the studio s design teams and contributing meaningfully to concept development drawings and presentations Key Responsibilities 1 Design Concept Development Support the Team Lead in creating strong design concepts for architectural projects Contribute to mood boards sketches space planning and design detailing Develop design options aligned with Tree light s standards and project requirements 2 Drawings Technical Documentation Produce high-quality architectural drawings including plans sections elevations and detailed working drawings Prepare tender sets GFCs and construction-ready documentation as required Coordinate with Team Leads to ensure accuracy clarity and consistency across drawings 3 Project Collaboration Work collaboratively with senior designers junior designers and other internal teams Participate in design reviews internal meetings and coordination discussions Incorporate feedback effectively and meet assigned deadlines 4 Client Vendor Coordination When Required Support in preparing client presentations and documentation Liaise with vendors contractors and consultants for samples technical information and project requirements 5 Site Coordination As Needed Visit project sites to understand site conditions support measurements and assist in quality checks Document site progress and share timely updates with the Team Lead Skills Qualifications Technical Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory Knowledge of SketchUp Revit Photoshop and Microsoft Office preferred Understanding of architectural detailing materials and construction processes Soft Skills Strong sense of design creativity and attention to detail Positive communication and presentation abilities Willingness to learn adapt and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to take direction and follow studio processes What We re Looking For A designer who takes ownership of their work Someone eager to refine their skills and grow with the team A collaborative and proactive mindset A passion for high-quality design and execution Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
