Position - Videographer Video Editor Location - Pune Company - Lohia Jain Malpani Group Employment Type Full-time Compensation As per industry standards Company Description Lohia Jain Malpani Group is a renowned real estate development company based in Pune recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation in both residential and commercial projects With decades of trust and experience the Group has delivered premium landmarks that blend modern architecture quality construction and sustainable living Driven by integrity and customer satisfaction Lohia Jain Malpani Group continues to shape Pune s skyline with thoughtfully designed homes contemporary business spaces and lifestyle-driven developments Join our team and be a part of a growing organization that values professionalism creativity and long-term career growth in the dynamic real estate industry 1 Job Overview Lohia Jain Malpani Group is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer Video Editor to develop high-quality video content for our real estate projects marketing campaigns digital promotions and corporate branding The role includes onsite shooting at our project locations editing engaging videos for social media and advertisements and supporting the marketing team with visual content creation 2 Key Responsibilities A Videography On-site Off-site Shoot property walkthrough videos sample flat tours amenities project progress updates and construction activities Cover events customer testimonials site visits Bhoomi Poojan possession events and other company programs Capture high-quality indoor outdoor footage with professional lighting framing and stabilization Operate DSLR Mirrorless cameras gimbals lighting mics and if trained drones for aerial shots Coordinate with project site teams for scheduling shoots and location setups Maintain check and manage all video equipment B Video Editing Post-Production Edit raw footage into high-quality promotional videos reels corporate films teaser videos and digital campaigns Create Instagram Reels YouTube videos WhatsApp creatives and ads optimized for different formats Add skilled elements such as color grading transitions sound design BGM subtitles motion graphics and branding Ensure timely delivery of all videos as per marketing requirements Maintain structured storage of footage backups and final edits C Creative Marketing Coordination Work with the marketing team to understand project concepts branding style and content requirements Assist in creating storyboards shot plans and scripts for videos Suggest new video ideas based on industry trends and digital marketing needs Maintain visual consistency and brand identity in all video outputs D Additional Responsibilities Support the team in photography whenever needed Assist in overall marketing and creative tasks related to media Any other work allotted by higher authorities from time to time 3 Eligibility Criteria A Educational Qualification Degree Diploma in Film Making Mass Communication Multimedia Fine Arts or related field Certifications in videography editing will be preferred B Experience 1-3 years of experience in videography editing Real estate experience preferred Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered C Technical Skills Expertise in Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve or similar video editing tools Knowledge of After Effects motion graphics and color correction preferred Hands-on experience with DSLR Mirrorless cameras gimbals mics lights and basic production equipment Understanding of real estate video storytelling angles and presentation style is a plus D Soft Skills Strong creativity and visual sense Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Organized detail-oriented and proactive Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
