Job description Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries processing orders coordinating with logistics partners and ensuring smooth delivery operations The role requires strong communication skills problem-solving abilities and an understanding of logistics processes Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status delivery schedules and shipment tracking Process customer orders accurately in the system and coordinate with the warehouse transportation and carriers for timely dispatch Handle customer complaints concerns and issues promptly providing appropriate solutions and follow-up Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers Coordinate with internal departments such as sales warehouse and finance to resolve order-related issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions orders and transactions Prepare and analyze daily weekly reports related to shipments delivery performance and customer feedback Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and legal regulations regarding shipments and transportation Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics operations and customer service processes Key Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Knowledge of logistics shipping and transportation processes Familiarity with ERP order management systems Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word Outlook Job Types Full time Permanent Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month
