Role responsibilities Sales Strategy and Execution Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives for disposable surgical devices- IV Cannula IV Set etc Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets including identifying key accounts and decision-makers Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients healthcare professionals and decision-makers Sales Reporting and Analysis Track and analyze sales performance metrics including sales volume revenue and market penetration Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management regularly Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the surgical device market Work closely with product development and R D teams to provide valuable feedback and insights from the field supporting product innovation and improvements Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Life Sciences or a related field An advanced degree or MBA is a plus Similar experience 6-8 years in the same industry or company that manufactures surgical devices with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Previous experience in a sales management role in the same industry or company including team leadership and business development Strong understanding of surgical device regulations industry trends and healthcare systems Locations Regions Delhi Kolkata Chennai Chandigarh Ahmedabad Ranchi Patna Mumbai region Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze sales data identify trends and make data-driven decisions Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Job Location s Kolkata WB Delhi Chennai Mumbai region Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 30 000 00 per month Perks Flexible schedule Work Location Remote
