About the Role We are seeking a Creative Designer with strong expertise in graphic design video editing and digital advertising The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling creatives for campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Facebook Instagram This role also involves team handling ensuring creative consistency and quality across all design deliverables Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a small team of designers to deliver high-quality creative output within deadlines Conceptualize and design visually engaging creatives for Google Ads Meta Ads and other digital marketing campaigns Design marketing collaterals such as banners brochures presentations and social media creatives Create and edit videos for promotional campaigns product launches and digital platforms Collaborate closely with marketing content and product teams to align designs with brand strategy Stay updated with the latest trends tools and best practices in digital design and advertising Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all materials Manage project timelines delegate tasks and review outputs to ensure quality and creativity Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication Fine Arts or a related field 3-5 years of experience in creative design preferably in a digital marketing or advertising setup Strong command of tools such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects and Canva Proven experience in designing for Google Display Ads Meta Ads and other paid campaign formats Good understanding of design principles color theory typography and layout design Experience in video editing animation or motion graphics is highly desirable Excellent communication time management and leadership skills Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Provident Fund Work Location In person
