We are currently seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team at Archirace Studio The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in interior design with a strong portfolio demonstrating their creativity technical skills and ability to manage projects effectively As an Experienced Interior Designer you will collaborate with our talented team to deliver innovative and stylish interior solutions that exceed our clients expectations Responsibilities - Work closely with clients to understand their needs preferences and budgetary requirements - Develop design concepts and presentations that reflect the clients vision and align with project objectives - Create detailed interior design plans including space layouts furniture arrangements and material selections -Presentation Design Design and develop engaging PowerPoint presentations that align with client or organizational objectives This includes creating custom templates layouts and graphics to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of each presentation -Strong skills in Photoshop with the ability to create and edit high-quality graphics and images - Specify furnishings fixtures finishes and equipment FF E in accordance with project requirements and budget constraints - Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of design plans - Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress address any design issues and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle - Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in interior design Qualifications - Bachelor s degree OR Diploma in Interior Design Architecture or a related field - Minimum of two years of experience working as an Interior Designer in a design firm or architectural practice - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Revit and Adobe Creative Suite - Strong knowledge of materials finishes furnishings and building codes - Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities - A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects and design process -Presentation Design Design and develop engaging PowerPoint presentations that align with client or organizational objectives This includes creating custom templates layouts and graphics to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of each presentation - Solid skills in Photoshop with the ability to create and edit high-quality graphics and images Salary and Benefits - Professional development opportunities and ongoing training - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 4 years Preferred Work Location In person
