Position- Chartered Accountant Construction Real Estate Industry Role Summary We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry The role involves managing accounting taxation audits project costing and compliance while partnering with project teams and management to ensure financial discipline and profitability Key Responsibilities Prepare and finalize financial statements MIS and project profitability reports Manage project budgets WIP reporting cost control and variance analysis Ensure timely compliance with GST TDS RERA Companies Act and labour-related laws Handle audits statutory internal tax and strengthen internal controls Manage project finance requirements working capital cash flow and bank NBFC dealings Support management in project bidding contract negotiation and feasibility analysis Liaise with project teams for accurate cost booking and revenue recognition timely vendor subcontractor payments Qualifications Skills Chartered Accountant CA with 5-10 years experience in construction real estate Strong knowledge of GST TDS RERA and project accounting Knowledge and Proficiency in related software ERP System Excellent analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills candidates can apply through WhatsApp on (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
