Job Title MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Engineer Location Sector -70 Gurugram Haryana Experience Required 4-8 Years Salary Range 40 000 to 75 000 per month The MEP Engineer will play a vital role in designing implementing and maintaining mechanical HVAC electrical and plumbing systems for our housing projects The ideal candidate will ensure all MEP systems are integrated seamlessly in line with project specifications safety guidelines and industry standards Key Responsibilities Designing mechanical HVAC electrical and plumbing layouts as per project needs Overseeing and coordinating installation testing and commissioning of MEP systems in office Ensuring compliance with relevant local building codes safety guidelines and regulations Collaborating with architects structural engineers contractors and project managers for timely execution Conducting site evaluations inspections and troubleshooting for installation or maintenance issues Preparing BOQs Bill of Quantities specifications and engineering drawings Recommending energy-saving and sustainable MEP solutions Ensuring timely completion of MEP works within allocated budgets Keeping documentation and records as required for audits and project closeout Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Civil Engineering or a related specialization 4-8 years work experience in real estate housing projects preferably including project execution phases Proficiency in MEP design software AutoCAD Revit MEP etc Strong command over HVAC systems electrical circuits plumbing installations safety norms Knowledge of industry standards e g Indian Building Codes IS NBC Excellent problem-solving team coordination and communication skills Good documentation ability and project report creation Able to work independently as well as in a cross-functional project environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Work Location In person
