We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised CRM Assistant to support our email and SMS marketing campaigns and agency client efforts The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of CRM tools have high attention to detail and ability to develop meaningful reports Key Responsibilities Support the execution of CRM campaigns Design and build emails using drag and drop editors e g Klaviyo Dotdigital Mailchimp Emarsys Ensure all email templates follow brand guidelines and are optimised for deliverability Proof and QA email campaigns to ensure 100 error-free execution Assist with client support Generate basic reports and analyse data Provide administrative support to the CRM team Technical Skills Basic understanding of CRM tools e g Klaviyo Dot Digital Mailchimp Emarsys Basic graphic design skills Basic GA4 proficiency Basic data analysis Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field Experience with email campaign execution and design Basic CRM certification e g Klaviyo or Dotdigital preferred Solid communication and organisational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Passion for learning KPIs Accuracy and speed of email campaign delivery Timeliness and accuracy of report generation Accuracy of basic segmentation Task completion rate
