Job Title Karate Coach Reports To Sports Coordinator Principal Job Purpose To train mentor and inspire students in Karate ensuring their skill development discipline and overall physical fitness while maintaining safety standards and fostering sportsmanship Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver Karate lessons for students of varying age groups and skill levels Teach techniques forms Kata sparring and self-defence strategies Organize practice schedules belt tests and prepare students for competitions Instil values of discipline respect and teamwork in all sessions Monitor and assess students progress providing constructive feedback Ensure a secure and supportive training environment Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols Collaborate with school academy staff for sports events or demonstrations Qualifications Skills Black belt certification or equivalent recognized Karate qualification Prior experience as a Karate instructor coach preferably with children Strong communication and motivational skills Knowledge of competition rules and tournament preparation Ability to manage groups effectively and maintain discipline Work Environment School or sports academy setting May require travel for tournaments or special events Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
