About the Role All Talent is looking for a dynamic Talent Coordinator Intern to support our casting coordination and talent acquisition efforts You ll work as a link between casting agencies applicants and internal teams ensuring smooth onboarding while also collaborating with our marketing and creative teams to enhance candidate branding Key Responsibilities Coordinate casting requirements with agencies Post job openings on websites and job portals Assist applicants in creating professional profiles and collecting portfolios Act as mediator between agencies and applicants Work with marketing video editing teams on applicant branding Maintain applicant and casting records in the system Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s degree in Media Communication or a related field Strong interest in talent acquisition media and casting coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task organize and prioritize effectively Basic knowledge of portfolio building online branding or digital platforms is a plus Familiarity with collaboration tools Google Workspace MS Office or similar Job Type Internship Contract length 3 months Pay 8 542 80 - 10 000 00 per month Advantages Paid sick time Work Location In person
