We seek an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations of a Residential Plotting Project Must have excellent and thorough knowledge of accounting principles and should be proficient in Tally MS Excel and with strong understanding of taxation and compliances Candidates with experience in Real Estate will be preferred Key Responsibilities Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain accurate books of accounts ledgers and vouchers for the project Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP accounting software Prepare and review bank reconciliations vendor reconciliations and client account statements Financial Reporting Analysis Prepare monthly quarterly MIS P L balance sheet and cash flow statements Track project-wise expenses collections and profitability Support management in budgeting and variance analysis Taxation Compliance Ensure timely filing of GST TDS Income Tax returns and other statutory compliances Manage RERA-related accounting compliances Coordinate with auditors for statutory internal and tax audits Project-Specific Responsibilities Handle accounting for plot sales customer advances installment collections and cancellations Ensure correct documentation and reconciliation of customer accounts Monitor project-related vendor payments contractor bills and material purchases Team Management Coordination Supervise junior accountants and coordinate with site teams Liaise with banks financial institutions statutory authorities and consultants Qualifications Skills Education B Com M Com MBA Finance CA Inter preferred Experience Minimum 5-8 years of accounting experience preferably in real estate infrastructure or residential plotting projects Strong knowledge of Tally ERP MS Excel and MS Office In-depth understanding of taxation GST TDS Income Tax and statutory compliances Familiarity with RERA accounting compliances preferred Robust analytical organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with high attention to detail Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Application Question s Real Estate Accounting experince Education Master s Required Experience Accounting 8 years Required Work Location In person
