Job Title Senior Creative Fashion Designer - Garment Division Location Sachin GIDC Surat Industry Garment Manufacturing Fashion Apparel Role Overview We are seeking a highly innovative and visionary Senior Creative Fashion Designer to lead our garment design division This role demands a dynamic leader who can conceptualize design and deliver end-to-end garment collections that not only meet business goals but also disrupt market trends The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in embroidery digital printing jacquard multi-technique fabric development and contemporary garment construction Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complete garment collections from concept to production Research global and local fashion trends to create trend-forward market-disrupting designs Drive innovation across categories blending traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques Develop and execute designs using embroidery digital prints jacquard multi-fabric combinations and other advanced methods Collaborate with product development merchandising and sourcing teams to ensure design feasibility and commercial success Mentor and guide junior designers to maintain design consistency quality and creativity Work closely with stakeholders to align design strategy with overall business growth objectives Build and maintain relationships with fabric vendors printing partners and embroidery units to explore new possibilities Present design concepts and collections to management and clients with strong storytelling and visual communication Key Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Fashion Design or related field from a reputed institute 8 years of experience in garment fashion design with at least 3 years in a senior creative leadership role Strong expertise in embroidery design digital printing jacquard and multi-fabric construction Proven ability to develop commercially viable yet trendsetting designs Exceptional creativity with an eye for detail color fabric and finishing Strong leadership communication and presentation skills Ability to drive business growth through innovative design solutions Proficiency in CAD design tools and digital sketching software What We Offer A senior leadership position with creative freedom to shape the future of our garment division Opportunity to disrupt the market and set new benchmarks in design innovation Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture Competitive compensation and benefits Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Work Location In person
