Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative Female to join our dynamic sales team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads qualifying prospects and supporting the external sales team in closing deals This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound inquiries Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services Qualify leads and set appointments for field sales representatives or managers Maintain and update CRM database with accurate customer and lead information Follow up with leads via phone email and WhatsApp to nurture relationships Prepare and send quotations proposals and sales documentation Achieve or exceed monthly targets for calls conversions and qualified leads Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to relevant teams Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Experience 1-3 years of experience in inside sales telecalling or customer service roles Skills Solid verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Excel Word Outlook Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions Confident energetic and target-driven personality Fluency in English and local language if applicable Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
