We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to oversee and guide our travel operations team The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day travel processes provide direction and motivation to the team and help achieve sales and service excellence Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and motivate a team of travel consultants executives Ensure team targets sales bookings customer satisfaction etc are consistently achieved Handle escalated customer queries and provide prompt resolution Supervise operations related to ticketing reservations holiday packages visa processing etc Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback training and coaching Ensure compliance with company policies travel regulations and quality standards Prepare and present regular reports on sales productivity and team performance Coordinate with other departments Accounts HR Management for smooth operations Drive customer-centric culture and promote cross-selling up-selling opportunities Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of travel industry processes air ticketing holidays GDS systems visas Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Solid sales orientation with customer service focus Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of GDS Amadeus Galileo Sabre preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
