We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Business Manager to join our team at Biocent Scientific India Pvt Ltd The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals building long-term relationships with doctors pharmacists and other stakeholders and achieving sales targets within their assigned territory Key Responsibilities Promote and detail Biocent Scientific s products to healthcare professionals doctors medical practitioners hospitals and pharmacies Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Track and report on sales activities and market trends to management Monitor competitors activities and keep up-to-date with industry trends Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences or any related field Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation is a plus Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Goal-oriented self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Opportunities for qualified growth and career advancement A collaborative and supportive team environment Comprehensive training on product knowledge and sales strategies Medical and other employee benefits Job Type Full-time Pay 350 000 00 - 450 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
