Join our team We re looking for a Senior Executive - Research Development Location Nashik Maharashtra Department Research Development Type Full time Reports To Head of R D About Us Promeal Biotech Pvt Ltd is at the forefront of insect-based innovation Our research is dedicated to scaling sustainable solutions using insect biotechnology From insect-derived proteins to biofertilizers and novel biomaterials we turn challenges into nature-powered opportunities Key Responsibilities Lead and design R D projects in areas such as insect nutrition genetics bio-processing or product formulation Develop and optimize protocols for insect rearing harvesting or processing Manage junior R D staff and oversee lab and pilot-scale experiments Analyse and interpret experimental results make data-driven recommendations Collaborate cross-functionally with product development operations and sustainability teams Author scientific reports documentation for IP filings and regulatory submissions Stay updated on global trends in insect biotechnology and integrate relevant findings into the company s strategy Initiate and maintain collaborations with academic institutions universities and research organizations for joint research technology validation and knowledge exchange Requirements Master s or PhD in Entomology Biotechnology Agricultural Science Environmental Science or related field 3-7 years of experience in an R D or applied science role preferably in agri-tech biotech or sustainable food systems Strong experimental design data analysis and scientific writing skills Proven experience in managing or mentoring R D teams or lab technicians Passion for sustainable innovation and systems thinking Preferred Experience Experience in scaling up lab processes to pilot production level Knowledge of regulations for insect-based food feed or bio-waste upcycling Familiarity with bioconversion systems or circular economy models What We Offer A chance to work on meaningful sustainability challenges Collaborative science-driven and entrepreneurial work culture Opportunities for growth in a fast-evolving sector Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Work Location In person
