We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive with a solid background in the travel and tours industry The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience preferably with exposure to multiple business verticals This role requires solid accounting knowledge hands-on experience with industry-specific transactions and the ability to manage books for diverse operational streams Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage the full set of accounts for multiple business verticals within the travel and tours segment Record and reconcile daily financial transactions including vendor payments customer receipts and bank transactions Handle GST TDS and statutory tax compliance applicable to the travel industry Prepare and analyze monthly P L balance sheet and cash flow statements Track receivables and payables across various service lines flights hotels tour packages visa services etc Support financial audits and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping Coordinate with sales operations and ticketing departments to validate financial entries Contribute to budget planning and monthly financial forecasting Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and reporting Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce Master s degree or CA Inter is a plus Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting with at least 2 years in the travel and tours industry Experience handling accounting for multiple business lines or verticals Familiarity with accounting for travel agency services commissions and supplier vendor payments Proficient in accounting softwares and ERP systems tailored for travel businesses Strong knowledge of GST TDS and Indian accounting standards Advanced MS Excel skills and financial reporting abilities Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Work Location In person
