Job Summary The Senior Facility Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all facility functions within the distribution centre This role ensures that buildings services and processes support the core business operations efficiently safely and cost-effectively Key Responsibilities Should have experience in Food Manufacturing Plant Supervise facility operations including maintenance cleaning security HVAC electrical systems and vendor management Coordinate with service providers and contractors for facility-related services and repairs Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental regulations and standards Monitor and manage facility Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure facilities are in good working condition Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies or urgent issues Maintain records of facility operations maintenance and safety compliance Assist in planning and implementing facility upgrades and renovations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field 4 years of experience in facilities management Strong knowledge of building systems HVAC electrical plumbing fire safety etc Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and facility compliance standards Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
