Job Summary We are looking for a courteous and experienced Food Beverage Server to provide exceptional service to guests at our fine dine Japanese and Korean restaurant The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for hospitality attention to detail and familiarity with Asian dining etiquette Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude Present menus and explain dishes ingredients and beverage pairings especially Japanese and Korean specialties Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and drinks in a timely elegant and efficient manner Be attentive to guest needs throughout their dining experience Maintain deep knowledge of the menu including ingredients allergens and preparation methods Set up and transparent tables according to fine dining standards Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of service areas Coordinate with kitchen staff and runners to ensure smooth service Handle guest complaints or requests politely and escalate when needed Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant Knowledge or interest in Japanese and Korean cuisine and dining etiquette Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and a guest-first approach Well-groomed appearance and positive body language Flexibility to work weekends evenings and holidays Preferred Qualifications Hospitality or F B service training certification Basic knowledge of sake soju tea and traditional Asian beverages Multilingual abilities especially English Hindi or regional languages knowledge of basic Japanese Korean phrases is a plus Benefits Competitive salary and tips Staff meals Uniform provided Growth and training opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Are Located in Western Line Mumbai Experience Food and Beverage Server 1 year Required Work Location In person
