Position Spinning Production Supervisor - Spinning About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Spinning Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the spinning department The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge of spinning processes leadership skills to manage a team and the ability to ensure production efficiency quality and safety standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily spinning production activities Plan and allocate manpower to meet production targets Ensure machines are running smoothly with minimal downtime Maintain product quality standards and reduce waste rework Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance Train and guide operators ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols Prepare and submit production reports to management Implement process improvements for better efficiency and cost reduction Qualifications Skills Diploma Degree in Textile Technology or related field Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to analyse production data and troubleshoot issues Knowledge of quality control systems and safety compliance Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate KADUVETTIPALAYAM Coimbatore - 641659 Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Work Location In person
