About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Executives proficient in Telugu to join our customer support team The role involves handling inbound outbound calls resolving customer queries providing product service information and ensuring customer satisfaction in Telugu along with basic English as needed Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Telugu language Provide accurate information about products services and policies Resolve customer issues complaints and queries in a professional manner Maintain call records update CRM systems and follow up on pending requests Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Escalate unresolved issues to senior support or relevant departments Meet daily weekly call handling and quality targets Requirements Fluent in Telugu spoken and written Good communication in English is an added advantage Graduate in any stream Prior customer service call center BPO experience preferred but freshers can also apply Basic computer knowledge MS Office email CRM tools Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work in rotational shifts if required Key Skills Customer Service Telugu Communication Fluency Problem Solving Patience Empathy Call Handling Documentation Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Work Location In person
