About the Role Team Urban Company s India business is divided into three large verticals with several core categories within these verticals Each category has an independent user offering and supply pool and is led by a business head Beauty AC and appliance repair Electricians Plumbers and Carpenters Painting Wall Decor Cleaning and Pest control Native Smart Locks and RO We are seeking an experienced Trainer for our Beauty Category in Women Salon Business to join our dynamic team The Trainer will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of home cleaning services in our designated cities This individual will be responsible for leading all training initiatives developing and refining training content and providing technical relating to waxing threading facials pedicure etc and behavioral training to our partners to guarantee a delightful customer experience What You ll Do Lead all training programs for professionals offering home services in allotted city Develop and refine training content ensuring it aligns with industry standards and best practices Provide hands-on training and support to partners on standard operating procedures SOPs to ensure the delivery of high-quality services Implement strategies to improve service quality through training interventions Lead a team of trainers professionals providing guidance and support to ensure consistent training delivery across all locations Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs making necessary adjustments to meet evolving business needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions to address gaps Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development for blue-collar workers What We Need 3 years of training experience in Salons or Beauty Training Academies with a focus on training and development Very high proficiency in hard skills like waxing threading facials clean-ups pedicures etc Strong communication skills with proven experience of training professionals Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training content Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement At Urban Company we are committed to providing equal and fair opportunities in employment and creating an inclusive work environment We endeavour to maintain a work environment free from harassment based on age colour physical ability marital status parental status ethnic origin religion sexual orientation or gender identity Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 63 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have experience in Skin Training Waxing Threading etc Work Location In person
