Managing Representative Meltronics Systemtech Pvt Ltd Education BE ECE EEE Experience Fresher -05 years 1 Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established implemented controlled and maintained 2 Ensuring deployment of adequate persons necessary for effective implementation of QMS for operation and control of processes 3 Ensuring the promotional awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization 4 Liaison with external agencies for the matters related to quality management system 5 Ensure that internal audits are scheduled as per prescribed frequency 6 To ensure that internal audit reports and corrective actions are reported to the management during management review within one month of the internal audit 7 Arrangement for internal audit for adequacy and effectiveness of the system and to monitor the implementation of corrective actions R and A 8 To organize and conduct management review meeting with the concerned personnel to report on the performance of the quality system 9 To identify the training needs of the employees in consultation with their superiors R and A 10 To collect and present the performance data in the management reviews 11 Reporting to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement 12 To ensure changes to QMS is gradual does not result in breakdown of system Periodic review of effective implementation suitability of the Company s Quality System Report on need for continual improvement to top management 13 To review suitability and amend if required the Quality System to meet customer requirements and to achieve Quality Policy Objectives 14 Ensuring that a documented quality management system is developed established and implemented to meet the requirements of AS9100D standards 15 Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the quality management system including certification agency 16 Updating the system as and when necessary 17 Issue and control of Quality Manual and its revisions 18 Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement 19 Facilitating Management Reviews and follow-up actions of decisions made in review meetings 20 Arranging periodic Internal Quality Audits through personnel independent of activity audited Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
