Knovista Technologies is looking for a skilled and empathetic Academic Counselor with 2-3 years of experience specifically within the ed-tech sector The ideal candidate will be a crucial link between our educational programs and students providing guidance support and mentorship to help them achieve their academic and career goals Responsibilities Student Counseling Provide one-on-one and group counseling to students addressing academic challenges career aspirations and personal development Program Guidance Advise prospective and current students on the various courses and programs offered by Knovista ensuring they choose the best fit for their needs Student Success Monitor student progress and well-being proactively identifying and addressing issues that may hinder their success Ed-tech Integration Leverage our ed-tech platforms and tools to enhance the counseling process and provide data-driven insights to students Parent Guardian Communication Act as a liaison between the company students and their parents guardians providing regular updates on performance and progress Feedback Reporting Collect student feedback to help improve course offerings and report on key metrics related to student engagement and success Collaboration Work closely with the content marketing and technical teams to ensure a seamless student experience Requirements Experience 2-3 years of experience as an academic counselor student advisor or a similar role Ed-tech Background Proven experience working in the ed-tech industry is a must Education Bachelor s degree in Counseling Education Psychology or a related field A Master s degree is a plus Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Empathy and a genuine desire to help students succeed Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment What We Offer A competitive salary and benefits package The opportunity to work with a passionate and creative team A chance to make a real impact on students lives Professional development opportunities to grow your career Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Work Location In person
