Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate all maintenance activities within our facility This role is critical to ensuring the reliability safety and efficiency of our equipment and operations The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a hands-on approach and a commitment to preventive maintenance and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of equipment to minimize downtime Plan and oversee preventative maintenance schedules and inspections Maintain maintenance logs safety records and compliance documentation Work closely with production and operations teams to support facility goals Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures Manage inventory of tools parts and supplies Qualifications Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or lead technician Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and industrial systems Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Work Location In person
