Roles and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end mechanical design activities from concept development to validation including CAD modeling drafting and stress thermal analysis Support component qualification through laboratory testing and field performance reviews Collaborate with aero and mechanical teams to ensure cohesive and integrated design execution Coordinate global engineering teams and facilitate cross-functional technical discussions Manage outsourced engineering tasks and Condition-Based Maintenance CBM activities Provide manufacturing and supply chain support streamlining engineering dispositions and issue resolution Identify opportunities for product improvement and lead risk-based evaluations and mitigation planning Prepare and present technical documentation for internal reviews design approvals and project milestones Requirements Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in industrial Gas Turbine design Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design of Gas Turbine components Robust system engineering mindset with deep understanding of product configurations and development processes Proficiency in CAD tools and structural thermal analysis methodologies Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards regulations Excellent project management communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English Proven ability to work effectively in a global cross-functional team environment
