Job Responsibilities Teach spoken English to students in schools colleges and community centers Conduct interactive sessions role plays group discussions and activities to improve fluency grammar and confidence Travel to different assigned schools colleges and community locations to conduct sessions Prepare lesson plans training materials and practice worksheets as per learner levels Assess and monitor student progress providing regular feedback and support Motivate learners to use English in daily conversations and real-life scenarios Report class updates attendance and progress to the coordinator management Requirements Graduate in English Education or any relevant field Prior experience as a Spoken English Teacher Trainer preferred Strong command over English grammar vocabulary and pronunciation Good communication presentation and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel regularly to schools colleges and community locations Patience enthusiasm and ability to engage learners of all levels Preferred Skills Experience working with NGOs schools or community-based programs Ability to use creative and activity-based teaching methods Knowledge of digital teaching tools will be an added advantage Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
