Job Summary We are looking for a result-driven Team Leader for Field Sales to manage and guide a team of field sales executives The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities excellent communication and hands-on experience in field sales operations Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives across assigned regions Assign daily targets and plan market visits for the sales team Monitor field activities client visits and lead generation efforts Provide on-the-job training support and motivation to team members Track performance and share regular reports with the management Handle escalated client issues and ensure proper follow-up Travel to major markets as required to support the team Coordinate with internal departments for order processing delivery and payments Ensure team adherence to sales process reporting formats and company policies Assist team in best sales practices and do problem solving Deal with customer directly if required Reporting to Management Candidate Requirements 3-5 years of field sales experience with at least 1-2 years in a team leader or supervisory role Solid leadership and team management skills Good communication and negotiation skills Hindi basic English Must be comfortable with travel across regions Punjab UP Rajasthan MP Delhi-NCR etc Proficiency in Excel Google Sheets and mobile-based reporting apps Graduation preferred industry experience in B2B FMCG or industrial products is a plus Should own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month
