Role Overview We are hiring a detail-oriented and technically skilled Interior Designer to join our team This role is execution-focused requiring a strong understanding of CAD-based drawings and on-site coordination The designer will be responsible for turning concepts into reality through precise documentation and close monitoring of on-site implementation Key Responsibilities Prepare 2D working drawings furniture layouts electrical plumbing false ceiling tile layouts elevations etc using AutoCAD Collaborate with architects and the design team to translate concepts into technical drawings Conduct site visits regularly to ensure work is progressing as per drawings and design intent Coordinate with site supervisors contractors vendors and civil teams to ensure smooth execution Modify and update CAD drawings based on site conditions or client feedback Create BOQs and material lists for execution purposes Ensure that quality detailing and timelines are strictly followed on-site Assist in material selection and site-level decision-making when required Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor s in Interior Design Architecture 3-5 years of relevant interior design experience customizable based on your requirement Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Photoshop and or other design tools Strong understanding of interior materials joinery details and site workflows Prior experience in residential or commercial interior execution preferred Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings Must be comfortable visiting multiple sites as needed Soft Skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to handle on-site problem-solving and communication Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of assigned work Professional and proactive attitude Job Types Full time Permanent Schedule Day shift Work Location In person Application Deadline 08 08 2025
