practices coaching and teaching new techniques to the team as needed to achieve optimum productivity Banking Domain Experience Experience working in a banking domain preferred but not mandatory Collaboration Engaging and collaborating with a wide group of technology teams including upstream TP systems integration modelling teams database administrators messaging teams and architecture Database Knowledge Knowledge of Postgres or Oracle relational databases is an advantage Frontend and Backend Integration Ability to seamlessly integrate frontend applications React Angular with backend APIs Java Microservices Hands-on experience in Spring Boot and API development for backend services along with proficiency in frontend frameworks like React or Angular for building dynamic user interfaces Strong knowledge in Agile Development practices including CI CD TDD BDD SCRUM and Kanban methodologies Minimum 6 years of experience in software development with expertise in both
