Job description We are looking for a motivated Talent aquisition Executive Male to join our People Culture team in Calicut The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and a solid passion for talent acquisition and people management Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements Manage job postings candidate databases and recruitment reports Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical managerial rounds Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support employer branding and recruitment-related activities Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment preferred in retail IT sales hiring Bachelor s degree MBA in HR or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals social media hiring Male candidates preferred Location Ernakulam Pay 18 000 to 22 000 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
