Job Title Interior Project Manager Company Aruwa Interior Salary Range 20 000 - 40 000 per month Experience Required Minimum 2 years in interior project management or a related field Employment Type Full-time Job Summary Aruwa Interior is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interior Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end execution of interior design projects The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills on-site management experience and the ability to ensure quality work delivery within defined timelines and budgets Key Responsibilities Manage the planning execution and completion of interior projects across residential and commercial spaces Coordinate with design teams vendors contractors and clients to ensure project alignment Prepare project schedules monitor progress and ensure timely delivery Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and adherence to design specifications Ensure materials and resources are available on-site as per project schedule Monitor budgets and project costs and take corrective measures where necessary Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally Maintain documentation of project plans reports approvals and change requests Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all project sites Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in Interior Design Civil Engineering Architecture or related field Minimum 2 years of proven experience in interior project management Strong understanding of interior design concepts materials and construction methods Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of AutoCAD SketchUp or other design software is a plus Experience working with premium residential or commercial projects Strong vendor and contractor network Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
