We Requires Senior Engineer - QA QC for a Construction Company Contracting firm at Pune Position Senior Engineer - QA QC Department Quality Location Pune Experience Required 7-10 Years Qualification Diploma Degree Civil - Strong knowledge in methodology of various site work activities QAQC plan RCC Drawing study IS Code of Material test acceptance criteria s Material test procedures NC Root cause analysis Concrete mix design Preparation of repairing work methodologies CA PA for non conformities ISO 9001-2015 QMS Audit etc understanding form work design and form work systems In-process work plan Conduct quality kick off meetings to analyze customer requirements perform risk analysis associated with each activity Prepare an action plan to mitigate the risk in the form of work Understand the site logistic arrangement w r t quality and project specific infrastructure Prepare PQP project quality plan and obtain approval from QAQC head and Project Manager Check the arrangement of basic infrastructure for LAB and testing equipment Check the project specific work procedure and checklist prepared by the QAQC engineer Participate in the meeting of communicating the work methodology MTP and ITP to the execution team in relation to Tender document quality requirement Track all client handover deadlines Conduct regular site visits as per the predefined frequency to ensure the construction activities are executed as per the work procedure and checklists Check the MTP material testing plan and inspection report and discuss the way forward with the QA QC head and PM In case of the NC non-conformity of the material participate in RCA root cause analysis and preparation of CA PA corrective action and preventive action Test the new product equipment or construction method in our environment as per the feasibility evaluate results w r t the existing ones Discuss the test results with the QA QC head Verify the cost Vs result effectiveness and overall benefits and submit to the management Work on reducing the rejection rate and bring down rework cost Documentation as per ISO 9001 Quality procedure SJCPL-QAC - PR - 02 IMS Procedure for QAQC Department Rework Cost Report NC Percentage analysis report Monthly project quality performance report Customer meeting MOM regarding Quality issues Scope of improvement report communication via mail to site team Working Days - Monday to Saturday Notes If above details suitable your profile then kindly forward your updates Resume on jyotsna fasttrackjobs gmail com with Below Details Experience Current Salary Expected Salary Notice Period Also Share This prospect to Your Friends circle who need Job Feel free to call Regards Jyotsna T 93097 57771 Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift
