Job Title Tender Executive Location Netaji Subhash Place Pitampura Delhi 110034 Company Valeur FabTex Private Limited - Skill Development Education Industry Company Website Job Summary We are seeking a Tender Executive Male Only to manage and coordinate the entire tendering process for government corporate and institutional projects in the skill development education industry The role requires excellent knowledge of tender documentation submission procedures and strong coordination skills to ensure compliance and timely execution Key Responsibilities Identify track and evaluate relevant tenders in the education and skill development sector Prepare compile and submit tender documents as per requirements Liaise with internal teams BD Finance Technical Procurement for data collection and documentation Review tender documents carefully and ensure compliance with eligibility and technical criteria Maintain records of submitted tenders follow-ups and results Coordinate with government departments clients and consultants regarding tenders Prepare comparative statements and assist in cost analysis Ensure timely submission of EMD bank guarantees and other required documents Handle online tender portals GeM CPPP e-procurement portals etc Support management in tender negotiations and presentations Required Skills Experience Bachelor s degree in Business Commerce or related field 1-3 years experience in tendering preferably in the education skill development industry Strong knowledge of tender portals and online submission processes Excellent communication and drafting skills Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of financial documents BG EMD DD etc Personal Attributes Male Only as per company requirement Self-motivated and result-oriented Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously Ethical reliable and detail-focused Reporting To Tender Manager BD Head Job Type Full-time Pay 10 266 88 - 26 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
