Duties And Responsibilities Manage the overall delivery of projects assigned on or ahead of time with all internal and client expectations met Demonstrate leadership in risk management compliance and auditing and ensure legislative pre-contract and commercial obligations are met Review progress against project plans contractual arrangements and delivery milestones to ensure they are ahead of on schedule and within quality and cost estimates taking effective remedial action as required Management of internal and external stakeholders Review the history of problems on previous similar projects regarding the product and client and develop and implement a strategy to mitigate against such risks occurring again Implement and execute a detailed project execution plan and to adapt this project plan to mitigate changes in the project risk profile Implement engineering procurement manufacturing and quality strategy based on contractual requirements and Jord procedures Ensure strategies are understood by all team members and ensure compliance by all parties during the execution of the project Proactively lead the project team to ensure that the project deliverables are known to the team and produced in a timely efficient manner in line with the baseline project execution plan Perform special tasks as assigned Skills And Experience At least 10 years project management experience with an understanding of Engineering Fabrication Procedures Sourcing Procurement and QA QC Methods Exposure to handling international projects of capital equipment skids or process plant projects preferably in the Oil and Gas industry Previous overseas experience where technical involvement with DE Client Vendor is high Should be capable of taking care of all technical matters and support PM Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering and or Project Management Proven experience in managing projects that adhere to timeline budgets quality and mitigate risk Proven understanding and experience in commercial terms and financial objectives of projects Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong business relationships with customers Excellent communication skills combined with a proven ability to motivate and manage cross functional teams Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 150 000 00 - 200 000 00 per month Experience Project management 7 years Required Work Location In person
