Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with a Civil Engineering background and proven experience in Interior Fit Out projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales building client relationships and providing technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of interior projects Key Responsibilities Identify develop and secure new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients architects and consultants Understand project specifications drawings and BOQs to provide accurate cost estimations and proposals Coordinate with design estimation and project teams to ensure client requirements are met Negotiate contracts close sales and achieve assigned sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors consultants and corporate clients Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and new product developments in the fit-out industry Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering mandatory 3-7 years of experience in sales business development within the Interior Fit Out Construction industry Strong technical knowledge of interior materials finishes and construction methodologies Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Ability to interpret drawings specifications and project requirements Solid client network in the interiors fit-out sector will be an added advantage Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD preferred Job Type Full-time Pay From 50 000 00 per month
